K200
The K200 is the K100's recipe in a cabinet a house can absorb: the same three-way layout, the same 24mm Baltic birch plywood, a 250mm Radial woofer in place of the 310mm and the 60mm ribbon used further down the range. It reaches 22Hz against the K100's 16, from a box 775mm tall weighing 43 kilos apiece — less than half the reference. Sensitivity stays at 91dB into a nominal 8 ohms, so it asks no more of an amplifier than the bigger speaker does. It is a stand-mount, and a heavy one: stands are available separately, and this is not a cabinet to improvise a support for. Newest of the two three-ways, and still on its first generation — there is no mk. number yet.
